Return / Refund

All Orders are provided on a Custom Basis. Each product or award is designed and personalized with engraving and once customized, it is non-returnable and non-refundable as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the custom nature of the item in question.

If there is an error on engraving or other personalization method utilized, that is due to an error on our part, you may request a return merchandise authorization to return the item within 15 days after the date your order was shipped or delivered, and we will make any corrections at our expense with like or similar item as may be available.

We will correct any errors or re-engrave with the correction on a new item of similarity. Any spelling errors on the customer’s part are the responsibility of the customer.  We can only engrave what we are asked to engrave and as a general policy we do not proof, or spell check text submitted by a customer as there are valid reasons to mis-spell certain words.

Customization

We will provide you with a PDF proof via email of each item purchased. You must approve the proof before we can proceed. We will communicate with you if the order comes with a proof or not, should there be any confusion.

We will customize your items exactly as the approved proof. We do not correct spelling or grammatical errors in personalization text since some words may be misspelled or spelled differently on purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the text you have submitted is spelled correctly and free of grammatical errors.

All personalization text and instructions should be submitted either through our web store or email.

Please ensure you return the proofs to our company as quickly as possible as to not delay the shipping of your order, so please return them within 24 hours to remain on schedule, unless otherwise noted.

Payment

All orders must be paid for in full prior to us filling the order. Payment methods available for immediate processing of your order include AMEX, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. An order is not accepted unless you receive an order acknowledgement from us through e-mail.

It is not standard for us to provide direct billing terms, unless it is a large volume, repeat customer. If we do enter into a billing terms agreement, it is typically with 10-day terms. Billing agreements preferably will be agreed and confirmed before the completion of the order.

If there is an error on a transaction, always contact us first—we can resolve the issue quickly and without the hassle of a dispute.

Shipping

Shipping charges at the time of checkout are an estimate, based upon average shipping rates; the actual shipping cost may end up higher. You will be notified of the actual shipping cost before your order is processed. If the new shipping charge is not acceptable to you, you may request a different shipping method.

We are not responsible for shipping transit time. Transit times are provided by the individual carrier and may vary, especially during busy shipping periods like the holidays.

We can also ship using your shipper account, and we will only charge for packing materials and handling. We don’t ship outside the USA, with some exceptions, and are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Quantity Change

Once your order is placed, we will procure stock as needed to fulfill your order. If your count drops after stock is purchased for your order, we will inventory the blank stock for your future orders or send you the blanks with your order. We do not refund or restock these items.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate and a pricing change would only occur in the case where an error is discovered on a product. You will be notified of the pricing change and can cancel your order should this occur.
